Occupational Therapist for Municipal Primary Care – Help Shape the Future of Care in Norberg!

We are currently facing an exciting organizational development where all employees within municipal primary care will gather at a common starting point. In the municipal primary care in Norberg, you will work together with managers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, care managers, and nursing assistants in a multidisciplinary team. Together, we work to create a comprehensive solution for our patients. As part of our initiative to develop new working methods, we will deepen collaboration with care managers and conduct joint home visits to citizens applying for services in the form of home care. The goal is to create a more coordinated, safe, and qualitative start to the service.

The Position and Responsibilities

The work is independent and flexible; no two days are alike. We focus on the patient and work for good and close care with the patient at the center. You will have strong support from your colleagues. We are in an exciting time with much development of working methods and systematic quality work.

Among the tasks are functional assessments, rehabilitation at home, testing and follow-up of aids, and training for care staff.

Qualifications and Competencies

Who are you?

You are a licensed occupational therapist and want to work in an environment where both independence and collaboration are important parts of everyday life.

We believe that you:

  • are secure, solution-focused, and used to taking your own initiatives
  • are flexible and thrive in a varied work environment
  • have a good ability to lead, instruct, and create security
  • are communicative and used to documenting
  • have good computer skills and master Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious: experience in municipal primary care and the Cosmic journal system.
Requirement: B driver's license.
