A connection to research for increased quality is important for development opportunities within the organization, and we have research closely linked to clinical work. A regional psychiatric research center has been established where psychiatric research is gathered across the entire administration.

For us, you as an employee are also important regarding your needs and development opportunities. We aim to equip you with the skills you need. As part of this, we offer supervision, mentorship, and further education in neuropsychiatry, suicide risk assessments, and diagnostics, among others. Here, there are opportunities to further develop within various treatment methods in clinical work.
