We are now looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the municipality's primary care and help create the future of close care in Norberg.

About us

The municipal primary care in Norberg consists of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Here we work closely together with short decision-making paths and a genuine commitment to our patients.

We are responsible for two special accommodations (Björkängen and the dementia accommodation Granbacken), a short-term department, three areas within ordinary housing, and LSS.

Your tasks

As a nurse with us, you will have a varied and independent job where you:

  • are responsible for high-quality health and medical care within our entire primary care assignment
  • assess, plan, implement, and evaluate health and medical care interventions
  • guide and support nursing staff
  • collaborate closely with other professions, patients, and relatives
  • work evenings and weekends according to schedule, with independent responsibility during these shifts

Who are you?

You are a licensed nurse and want to work in an environment where both independence and collaboration are important parts of everyday life.

We believe that you:

  • are confident, solution-focused, and used to taking your own initiatives
  • are flexible and thrive in a job that varies
  • have a good ability to lead, instruct, and create security
  • are communicative and used to documenting
  • have good computer skills and master Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious: experience in municipal primary care and the Cosmic journal system.
Requirement: B driver's license.
