Your tasks

In your work, you will support the customer in daily routines and tasks. This includes helping in and out of bed, laundry, cleaning, assistance with meals, personal care, HSL interventions, and other daily activities. No day is ever the same, and sometimes you need to be flexible and prioritize your tasks. Through your visits, you create a sense of security for the customer. You will support and help them live an independent and active life. You will meet customers with different needs for assistance for a better life. In everyday life, the customers' needs change, and you ensure quality and efficiency with the customer in focus.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who is interested in working in elderly care and who wants to contribute to safe and good care for our elderly. A high school education is an advantage, and if you also have an approved nursing assistant education, that is a plus. The work involves documentation, so you need to have good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. Previous experience in elderly care is an advantage. To thrive in the role, we are looking for someone who is flexible and has no problems with changing circumstances. You are comfortable working independently but also together with others. Since the work involves elderly and vulnerable individuals, we are looking for someone who can remain calm in stressful and pressured situations.

Additional information

We are looking for staff for both ordinary housing and care and nursing homes.

Working hours vary and may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

In connection with the interview, you need to verify your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a personal certificate along with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
