Your role with us

You will work alternately at both homes, providing you with a varied and stimulating work environment. Here you will have the opportunity to:

• Build relationships with both residents and colleagues at two workplaces
• Contribute ideas and solutions that strengthen collaboration between the operations
• Develop your skills in both care and nursing through broad experience

Working as a nursing assistant at Skogåsa and Forsalid means you will be involved in something of the best and most enriching there is - helping to make everyday life meaningful for our customers. A professional approach and a good attitude are a given for us. We constantly work with customer focus, where we always have the needs and wishes of our customers at the center.

Your work will include being a contact person and holding one or more areas of responsibility. You will be offered a varied job with care interventions, activities, and delegated tasks from nurses and rehabilitation staff.

We are looking for 4 employees: 2 permanent day/evening positions, 1 permanent evening/night position, and 1 day/evening temporary position for 6 months.

Who are we looking for?

You who apply should have passed grades from the care and nursing program, and you should be able to present a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare allowing you to use the title nursing assistant. You have experience working in care and nursing, and it is an advantage if you have training in psychiatry or dementia diseases. Since communication and documentation are part of the tasks, you need to have documentation and computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A B driver's license is a requirement.

This is us

Skogåsa and Forsalid are two care and nursing homes located in Everöd and Degeberga outside Kristianstad. Both homes have 24 apartments and 24 employees each. Both Skogåsa and Forsalid are located in the countryside with beautiful outdoor environments that are used a lot during the spring/autumn and summer months. The staff works concentrated through teamwork and does their utmost to ensure that customers receive good care and nursing with that little extra. We are now looking for three new employees who want to be part of our team.

The operations of the Care Administration are aimed at the elderly and people who need functional support, as well as those who need home healthcare. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the aids center in Eastern Skåne.
