The Operational Department of the Cyber Defense Command is seeking an experienced Section Head for the Intelligence Section.

Main Responsibilities

You will lead the section's work on analyzing unique national and international information flows, providing insights and support for cyber operations. The analyses will contribute to the Cyber Defense Command's situational awareness and serve as a basis for cyber defense operations. The work includes international and national collaborations as well as continuous learning regarding attack vectors, methodologies, and state-sponsored cyber threat actors.

Qualifications

• Experience as a manager in the armed forces or an agency in an intelligence function.
• Knowledge of threat actors and vulnerabilities within the cyber environment.
• Documented experience and validated knowledge in intelligence work.
• A degree from a university or equivalent qualifications.

Desirable Qualifications

• Several years of work experience as an analyst in the IT security field, analysis of cyber actors, or equivalent.
• Experience in planning or conducting cyber operations.

Personal Attributes

Documented experience in analytical work within cyber threat intelligence, cybersecurity, or equivalent. Excellent ability to compile and present information both orally and in writing. Good administrative skills and organizational sense.

Other Information

The position is full-time, permanent employment with a six-month probationary period, starting date by agreement. The position is open for both civilian and military personnel. The workplace is Stockholm.
