About the Role On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an Operations Procurement Coordinator who will ensure an efficient and reliable flow of production materials and components. This is a newly established position aimed at strengthening daily production and the supply chain in a company that develops and produces advanced instrument solutions. The role includes operational purchasing, supplier follow-up, inventory management, and active handling of material shortages to maintain delivery precision and production capacity.

Your Future Responsibilities You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the right parts are in the right place at the right time and at the right cost. The work is carried out in close collaboration with production, planning, logistics, and engineering.

Examples of tasks:

• Plan and execute purchases of components, raw materials, and subsystems

• Ensure accurate and updated master data in the business system

• Follow up on deliveries and supplier performance regarding lead times, delivery precision, and quality

• Manage inventory levels and conduct inventories and adjustments

• Proactively address material shortages and coordinate actions with relevant functions

• Participate in daily production meetings and lead follow-up on material status

• Work with root cause analyses and improvements related to purchasing and inventory

We are looking for someone who has

• Post-secondary education in supply chain, industrial economics, logistics, or equivalent

• At least one year of experience in purchasing, planning, inventory management, or supplier management

• Good system proficiency, especially in MRP/ERP and Excel

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience from the manufacturing industry

• Experience in managing material shortages and escalations in a production environment

You are a solution-oriented and organized person with a clear focus on delivery and results. You enjoy working cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and act quickly in case of deviations. You have a methodical approach and see the value in structured processes and good data quality.
