  • coordinating deliveries and driving improvement work within the organization.

To succeed in this role, you take significant personal responsibility and drive your work forward. You are curious and contribute to innovative thinking and show opportunities. You are flexible in your way of collaborating with others and have a good ability to communicate simply as the work involves many contacts. You enjoy working in teams and are used to taking on different roles depending on what the situation requires. We also see that you have good analytical skills.

In the recruitment process, we will place great importance on your personal qualities.

It is considered meritorious if you also have:

  • good and current knowledge of IVO's supervisory areas
