We at Thales are now looking for a Team Leader for our production operations in Stockholm. We are looking for someone who is interested in working in an operational role, where you spend a lot of time in production, but also enjoy administrative tasks. In your role, you will work closely with the production manager to ensure that important goals set by the company are met and followed up. As a Team Leader, you will also be able to focus on developing new working methods, standards, and routines together with the team and ensuring that these are followed.

The team you will lead consists of a medium-sized group of operators who manage our entire production chain, which includes printing, document review, machine handling, as well as packing and mailing. As a Team Leader, you will also gain knowledge of all work processes to best lead and develop the employees.

Scope:

The position is full-time with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are generally during the day, but afternoon and evening work may occur. Shift work is also possible.

Profile:

To thrive and succeed in the role of Team Leader at Thales, we see that you are communicative and have experience handling personnel matters, flexible in your working style as the tasks are both operational and administrative, and that you have a positive attitude towards work where you are driven to develop others but can also drive your own work forward.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in:

• Leading a group towards set goals
• Scheduling and personnel administration
• Ensuring that staff have the right skill level
• Ensuring that routines, work instructions, and standards are followed
• Working in a role that requires collaboration with different departments/functions
• Good computer skills (Office package)
• Experience working with reports and tracking important KPIs.
• Working in a safety-conscious work environment and acting accordingly
• Previous experience in production/industry is an advantage
• Having a B driver's license is an advantage

Requirements:

• Swedish citizenship
• No payment remarks
• Approved background check

Employment with us means placement in a security class. Swedish citizenship is usually required for security-classified positions. A security review with a background check will be conducted prior to employment according to Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.
