This is what you will do!

As a part-time employee in Valuation & Analysis, you will:

Collect data in connection with property valuations and market analyses
Prepare decision-making materials and presentations for delivery to clients
Attend property inspections and assist in how we make assessments and calculations
Stay updated on current trends in the property sector

Who we are looking for

For the role, we are looking for someone who has 2-3 years left of their five-year studies in civil engineering - for example, you are studying the civil engineering program or the bachelor's program in Property and Finance or Property Development, aiming for a master's degree. It is a big plus if you have previous work experience in administration, customer service, or analytical work, but the most important thing is that you are:

Curious and engaged: you enjoy solving problems and learning new things
Structured and detail-oriented: details are your thing - and we appreciate that!
Communicative and collaborative: we work together to achieve our goals

Practical details...

Location: Central Stockholm, at our headquarters.
Scope: On average, two days a week – we adapt to both your and our calendar.
The team: You will be part of our team of about 15 wonderful colleagues in Valuation & Analysis. In total, we are approximately 100 people based in the Stockholm office.
