We are now in need of a new team member and are looking for a versatile craftsman, preferably with wet room certification, who enjoys working both independently and in a group.

You who apply should have many years of experience, be versatile, and be able to, for example, replace/build kitchens, perform various small repairs/renovations, and preferably also have experience in tiling.

Work is mostly carried out in the properties that we at Aphos Management have technical management in, but can also be performed in other properties, ranging from smaller to larger jobs/projects.

Your tasks will include all common carpentry/general craftsman tasks, such as replacing thresholds, doors, repairing storage rooms, to remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, and making tenant adaptations in various premises, as well as assisting the team during others' absences, which makes the work very varied.

You must also master Swedish in both spoken and written form to assist our customers in the best way, and not be unfamiliar with working with digital work orders on mobile, where all jobs and times are registered.

Knowledge of plumbing and electrical work, as well as wet room certification, is advantageous.
