We are looking for new colleagues for our Hollow Core Hall at the Concrete Element Factory in Norrtälje

About us

At the concrete element factory, we are about 80 employees. We manufacture hollow cores, wall elements, columns, and beams. Here you can work and develop in several different areas. The work is characterized by a strong focus on quality and safety. We work according to lean methodology, and our vision is to be the obvious choice for our customers.

Your role

We now need more colleagues for our concrete element production and are therefore looking for new production workers for our Hollow Core Hall. Hollow cores are by far the most used concrete element product in the Scandinavian construction market today. Hollow cores are primarily used as floors and roofs in commercial and office buildings, in schools, hotels, industries, parking garages, and in the construction of residential buildings.

As a production worker in our hollow core hall, you will be part of a team of 16 colleagues and will primarily work with:

• Setting out/manufacturing elements.
• Machine and crane operation.
• Reading drawings.
• Quality control and quality work.

Your profile

We expect you, as an applicant for the role:

• To have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
• To hold a B driver's license.
• To have a high school education or equivalent work experience.

It is also advantageous if you have:

• Experience working in the manufacturing industry or construction industry, or from other craft work.
• Cranes license (Safe Lifting).
• Experience in reading drawings.
• Experience working with concrete.

To succeed in the role of production worker with us, it is important that you contribute to good collaboration in your team and that you feel a personal responsibility for achieving the day's production goals as a team.
