At HMB Construction in southern Stockholm, we are experiencing positive development with a good order intake. We are now looking for a skilled site manager for our office. In the role of site manager at the Stockholm office, you will lead our craftsmen and contractors within our projects, which primarily consist of new residential construction. We have employees who are engaged, interested, and willing to contribute with insights and expertise regarding material and method choices, making your role as a site manager both stimulating and developing. Your task is to plan, distribute, and lead the daily work for both your own staff and subcontractors. You will ensure and follow up that time and delivery schedules are maintained and order materials. You will inform and communicate daily with the site manager and skilled workers, as well as be involved in daily problem-solving. Budgeting and monitoring the finances of your own areas together with the site manager is something we consider a given.

Who are you?

Your personal suitability is more important than your practical experience. However, a basic requirement is that you have experience working as a site manager in the construction industry and that you have at least basic knowledge regarding new construction. We prefer that you have experience working both with structural construction and the interior phase. Your Swedish is very good in both spoken and written form, and you have good computer skills. A B driver's license is a requirement, as well as training in leadership and/or work environment.

You are a secure and stable person with the ability to make clear decisions. You are creative and have a strong commitment, which means you are eager to come up with ideas and suggestions on how to improve things. You are an organized person with a high sense of responsibility. You enjoy being on the construction site just as much as in the office and like to balance hands-on presence in production with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Experience as a site manager in the construction industry
