What you will do:

● Strategic planning and operational execution: You will be responsible for planning and executing demolition projects efficiently and safely.

● Personnel management: You will lead and coach, create a positive work environment, and ensure everyone works towards common goals.

● Customer relations: You will build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

● Project management: You will oversee and manage your projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.

● Negotiations: You will contribute to negotiating agreements that are advantageous for both Krafta Entreprenad AB and our customers.

Qualifications:

● A genuine interest in the demolition industry and a strong desire to learn and develop.

● Previous experience in demolition work or leadership is a requirement.

● A driver's license is a requirement.

● You are proficient in Swedish or English, both spoken and written. Being proficient in both languages is a requirement.
