Position: Permanent employment for 32 hours a week, probationary period applies.

Start date: 2026-01-05 or by agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but referring to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years due to the nature of the tasks.

We are looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Hemma Umeå Rådhusesplanaden! The position simply means that you, together with your colleagues, contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience.

Here is a bit more about the position:

• Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the store.
• You unpack goods and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and look nice.
• You ensure that the store is clean and tidy.
• You assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, a sense of touch, and a big smile.
• You help our customers at the checkout or at one of our other checkout options.
• After you have worked for a while, you actively participate in ordering and sales planning and contribute to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.

• You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
• It is an advantage if you have worked in retail or with service, but it is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
