About the role

As a junior IT technician, you will be an important part of the daily IT support. The role involves practical work with hardware, where you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain:

• Computers and related components
• Printers and multifunction devices
• Other IT-related hardware
• Basic networking equipment

You will work both independently and alongside experienced colleagues in an environment with high demands for quality, security, and structure.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in IT and technology
• Has basic knowledge of hardware and troubleshooting
• Is meticulous, service-oriented, and enjoys helping users
• Likes to work practically and is not afraid to get hands-on when the job requires it

Experience from a similar position is an advantage but not necessary – the most important thing is the willingness to learn and being service-minded.

Other

As the client operates within the defense sector, Swedish citizenship is required, and you must be able to undergo and pass a security clearance with a background check.
