Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a female companion with expertise in mental diagnoses for a 40-year-old woman. The assignment includes 12 hours per month distributed over 4-5 occasions, taking place on weekends or weekdays. During the companionship, the user wishes to go for walks and have coffee, among other things. We are looking for someone who has great patience, is structured, attentive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with individuals in this target group is an advantage. During the companionship, you will engage in various activities outside the home with the user. Companion services are intended to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including OB) varies between 180-210 SEK on weekends, 150-180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130-160 SEK on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will ask for references and an extract from the police criminal record.
