WHAT
Unilabs performs laboratory diagnostics and analyzes samples from both outpatient and inpatient care throughout the Stockholm area and also from other parts of the country.

We are currently looking for a specialist physician in clinical chemistry. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to high-quality diagnostics, create efficient work processes, and provide first-class customer service. You will work broadly in various areas and with different methods in clinical chemistry while deepening your understanding of various issues. Unique to Unilabs is our cross-regional work where we utilize our resources and expertise in the best possible way and support each other, our customers, and patients both on-site and remotely.

As a specialist physician, you will be part of a regional team where different professions work together, and also in a cross-regional physician group. Responsibilities are divided within the physician group based on knowledge, interest, and operations. This working method leads to extensive support from various competencies even remotely, and you share your knowledge with others – colleagues, employees, or customers – in a pedagogical manner.

WHO

For this role, we are looking for someone who:
• Is a specialist physician in Clinical Chemistry
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing

At Unilabs, personality and attitude weigh as heavily as experience and competence. We are looking for someone who is curious and has their own drive to develop our diagnostic services. You also have an interest in developing as a specialist physician and thrive in the medical consulting role and in meeting with customers. You are communicative with excellent collaboration skills both internally and externally. Furthermore, you are receptive and open to thinking innovatively and are passionate about working with continuous improvements that positively contribute to both the patient, our customers, and our own operations.

The placement is within the discipline of Clinical Chemistry at Unilabs Laboratory Medicine in Stockholm (at our laboratories in Solna and at S:t Görans Hospital) and/or in the Sörmland region (Eskilstuna). Colleagues are also present in Skövde.
