We are organized under the primary care division. We work with phone consultations as well as 1177 Direct, which means we take over the chat from health centers for a certain period of the day. During weekends, we have the opportunity to book on-call visits for our residents as needed. There is an ongoing development of digital healthcare in the county, and we are one of the actors involved. We collaborate in a cluster with other regions in Sweden. 1177 by phone is an important part of healthcare in the county.

Do you want to develop in a job where you make a difference? We are now looking for telephone nurses for 1177 Vårdguiden in Dalarna who want to work both day and evening shifts. The employment is a permanent position.

Being a telephone nurse with us is a rewarding and challenging job that spans a broad field of knowledge. As a telephone nurse, you assess the care needs of the person seeking care through qualified advisory support and a specially developed conversation methodology. Based on your assessment, you provide advice, support, and education, refer to the appropriate level of care, assist with healthcare information, and coordinate healthcare resources. After a period of feeling secure in your work, you will have the opportunity to work from home.

Our main office is located at Borlänge Hospital, where you will work.

We are looking for a licensed nurse with work experience in healthcare, who has a genuine interest in professional healthcare advice for our residents and who now wants to try the role of telephone nurse. We are organized under the primary care division. As a person, we want you to be meticulous, communicative, and service-oriented in your work approach with good collaboration skills, and that you have an interest in development issues. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and it is a bonus if you have knowledge of multiple languages. Computer skills are a requirement as it is our primary working tool.

With us, you will always receive a solid introduction to our working methods during the first weeks, regardless of previous experience. To ensure the quality of our work, we have regularly scheduled training for all employees, and you will also receive guidance in the conversation process from our conversation supervisor and educator.
