At Capio Psychiatry, we are continuously working on development, and our operations are characterized by a strong focus on high-quality care. Our clinic in Falun consists of a team of about 25 employees with various professional backgrounds, and together we will work to develop the operations for the benefit of our patients, with the ambition of creating a warm and familial atmosphere for each other, our patients, and their families. Together, we are building the best BUP clinic in Dalarna.

Your role

As a licensed psychotherapist with us, you will work with children and adolescents aged 0–18 years and their families. You should be able to make decisions about treatment interventions both independently and in consultation with others. As a therapist with us, you should also enjoy meeting larger groups, being able to lecture and guide. Together with your colleagues, you will work to create security and continuity during ongoing treatment.

You should be decisive, efficient, and meticulous in structuring and organizing your work. Our goal is for you to be able to receive 5 patients per day for treatment. Together with your colleagues, you will have regular supervision, and the clinic strives for a good work environment based on systematic work environment management.

About you

It is a requirement that you are a licensed psychotherapist. Previous experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and a focus on CBT is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The position is full-time/part-time or hourly. Start date by agreement. 6 months probationary period.
