Then you might be the new colleague we are looking for at Tandvården Manhem COR and Pedodontics in the role of a dental nurse with clinic coordinator responsibilities.

Specialist Dental Care Manhem is a county-wide operation for specialist dental care in the fields of Endodontics, Periodontology, Pedodontics, Oral Prosthetics, and Orthodontics. In the same building, there is also a Dental Technology Laboratory. Today, more than 60 employees work at Tandvården Manhem; reception staff, dental nurses, orthodontic assistants, dental hygienists, assistant dentists, credentialing dentists, and specialist dentists. We receive referrals from both general dental care and healthcare. In our departments, we work with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. We provide all forms of specialized dental care with a long-term perspective and a focus on the patient.

Clinic Coordinator, Tandvården Manhem COR and Pedodontics Job Responsibilities

In the role of clinic coordinator, you will work closely with the deputy operations manager and the operations manager. You will be responsible for scheduling and resource allocation as well as vacation planning in consultation with managers in the operation. You will be involved in the daily and annual planning of the operation, and you are also expected to work together with management functions and subject representatives for each department to conduct and participate in change and quality work at the clinic, both clinical and administrative.

Contact for operations and property for daily operations and maintenance is included in the assignment. The distribution of time between tasks as a clinic coordinator and other tasks within the dental nurse profession will vary as needed, including some placement in our reception. Collaboration with the current clinic coordinator for Orthodontics Falun is included in the position for cross-functional issues.

The position entails a fixed-term appointment with a permanent employment in the base profession.

Requirements:

• Dental nurse diploma
• Work experience in the profession
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Previous work at a specialist clinic
• Experience in a clinic coordinator role
• Experience in previous reception work
• Previous experience with T4, Heroma, Raindance, and TeleQ

Personal qualities:

You have an interest in personnel administration and organizational issues and have previously worked with a larger staff group. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and qualities. Good adaptability and ease of collaboration combined with a knack for problem-solving will help you thrive in this role.
