About the position

We are looking for an engaged and responsible childcare worker for a 100% temporary position. With us, you will work in an environment where children's curiosity, interests, and abilities lead us forward. We work with small groups of children, project-based learning, and a clear structure that supports each child's development.

You will plan, implement, and document the educational work together with colleagues, with particular responsibility for project group work. You are expected to be involved in reflection and development of the operations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge of the preschool curriculum (Lpfö18)
• Actively works with TAKK, visual support, and clarifying pedagogy
• Has a low-arousal approach and meets children based on their individual needs
• Dares to be self-critical in their actions to develop their approaches
• Enjoys working both outdoors and indoors throughout the year
• Has good collaboration skills and is comfortable in contact with guardians
• Sees the value in documentation and reflection, both at group and individual levels

Meritorious:

• 2–3 years of experience as a childcare worker
• Experience with Green Flag, outdoor education, and project work
