About the job

We are a small Green Flag certified preschool, and we spend a lot of time with the children outside in our yard and in the nearby forest and nature. We also explore the world around us with our preschool bikes. Our teams, consisting of preschool teachers and childcare workers, collaborate closely with each other. For large parts of the day, we divide the children into smaller groups.

Our guiding principles Safety, Participation, and Joy are the foundation of our operations, and we work project-oriented. The children's interests guide our project planning. Together with our other preschool teachers, you, along with the principal, are responsible for the operations and the preschool's development work. As a preschool teacher with us, you lead the work with reflections, development talks, and parent meetings. Together with the team, you are responsible for project work where the children's learning is the focus.

We believe you are a secure and positive educator with a few years of experience in the profession and you;

• want to develop and be challenged together with children and educators.
• contribute to an open, social climate.
• meet the guardians with respect and actively work to involve them in the children's everyday life.
• are well-versed in the curriculum and enjoy working project-oriented.
• know how important it is to have a well-documented operation.
• enjoy working outside in all seasons.
• will work with all tasks that arise as an educator in preschool.
• are not afraid to occasionally dress up with other educators to brighten the children's day!
