The Social Administration works to ensure that all citizens can receive the support they may need in various situations. This is done within the framework of social services' mission and various legislations, as well as based on the values of the Social Administration. This may involve home care, special housing, advice and support for people with disabilities, financial assistance, or help with addiction problems. Within the administration, there is also the municipality's competence supply unit.

The Social Administration is divided into five areas: Home Care, Care and Nursing Homes, Health and Medical Care, Individual and Family Care, and the area for people with disabilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct investigations according to SoL 11:1 regarding children/youth and their families.
• Conduct investigations regarding the reconsideration of decisions according to LVU §3.

Karlskoga works based on the BBIC structure in work concerning children and youth. We apply salary supplements for positions primarily working with investigations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work
• Driver's license B.

BBIC training is an asset.
