Sous Chef Wanted for Cozy Bistro in Lund

We are looking for a SOUS CHEF with AT LEAST 4 years of documented experience who is a team player and has a great passion for the profession to join a cozy bistro/brasserie with a French touch & Scandinavian influences. You should be creative, organized, curious, motivated, positive, energetic, honest, and reliable.
The job involves ordering goods (proficiency in Swedish is a requirement), receiving goods, preparing and processing raw materials, suggesting and cooking dishes, post-work, handover, and cleaning.
The restaurant is open Monday-Tuesday for lunch, and Wednesday-Saturday for lunch & dinner. Employment is according to Visita and HRF's rules & guidelines. Hospitality among staff is as important as with guests. The restaurant is located in the heart of Lund with bus & train connections just 5 minutes away.
