Chef/restaurant owner/restaurateur wanted for full or part-time at our unique guesthouse in Northern Skåne!

Welcome to Göinges Pärla, the largest half-timbered house in the Nordics, located between Broby and Osby. We have recently opened this fantastic place and our goal is to see it grow and develop together with you who has a passion for food.

Göinges Pärla is a meeting place that offers both open dinners and private gatherings looking for something beyond the ordinary. Here you have the opportunity to create something unique in an environment that exudes calm, elegance, and authenticity.

About Göinges Pärla:

- Guesthouse with 25 rooms and accommodation for up to 40 guests.

- Beautiful restaurant with views over Helge River and surrounded by lush nature.

- Fully equipped professional kitchen and utility kitchen, perfect for cooking, events, and workshops.

- Conference room with its own kitchen on the third floor, accommodating up to 15 people.

- Space for weddings, parties, and events, such as wine and beverage tastings.

- Swimming area and fishing opportunities right outside.

- Scenic surroundings.

The guesthouse is in excellent condition and fully equipped for professional operations. We are looking for both hourly staff and for a revenue-based rental model, which provides flexibility and good conditions for long-term profitability.

Accommodation opportunities in connection with work are available.

- Has experience in creating and managing food and service experiences.

- Is passionate about quality, details, and hospitality.

- Is self-driven with both freedom and responsibility.
