Spirit of Hven Backafallsbyn is an exciting company owned and operated by the Molin family. The company has three main business branches with respective sub-departments:

Hotel with Restaurant, Conference, Bar, Park, Cleaning & Workshop

Production with Distilling, Malting, Rectification, Maturation, Filtration, Bottling & Logistics

Consultation with Recipe Development, Laboratory Analysis, Process Development & Risk Analysis

You who are applying

Have previous experience as a head chef. As a head chef, you will lead the daily operations of the kitchen. You have a passion for cooking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are quality-conscious.

The head chef will staff their own team for the kitchen.

You will also have the opportunity to create and shape menus and the kitchen.

We work a lot with food and drink combinations, so you will work with our sommelier to create the perfect flavor combinations.

A genuine interest in food is a prerequisite for you to function and thrive with us.

You should have knowledge of HACCP and appreciate a high level of kitchen hygiene.

Work experience

At least 2 years of experience from similar positions
