JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities include, among other things:

• Preparation of meals, including special diets, texture-modified diets, and timbale diets
• Preparation and prep for meal production
• Receiving and checking goods
• Labeling, inventory, and handling of food
• Working with self-control according to applicable hygiene and food routines
• Washing dishes, cleaning, and maintaining good order in the kitchen
• Certain administrative tasks, such as working in the food data program Mashie

QUALIFICATIONS

Trained chef or has equivalent knowledge and experience that can be validated by the employer.

Requirements

• Experience with food data programs, e.g., Mashie

Meritorious

• Knowledge of special diets, including allergy diets, texture-modified diets, and timbale diets
• Experience working in large kitchens, production kitchens, or receiving kitchens
• Structured (goal-oriented)

• Works according to a clear process, organizes and plans their work well, completes what has been started, and meets deadlines

Requirements
