We are looking for a Sous Chef / Shift Leader Kitchen at Scandic Helsingborg Nord

What does the role entail?

In this role, you are responsible for the kitchen, where you have the overall responsibility to ensure a world-class guest experience in our food and beverage environments. This means that you, together with your colleagues, secure a high level of service and an offering that meets the guests' needs.

You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals, and local conditions. You have a passion for service, and through your leadership, you inspire and motivate your colleagues and create the conditions for you to together create outstanding guest experiences. You are also part of the daily operations and are responsible for planning based on the needs of the business. Together with your colleagues, you have overall responsibility for the kitchen and the entire hotel.

You have previous experience leading others in a similar role as well as relevant education and experience in the service industry. You have good administrative skills, experience in financial planning and follow-up, and are accustomed to working with various systems. You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
