ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Are you a student looking for a unique opportunity to build and shape Job&Talent's external communication from the ground up? Then this internship might be just right for you.

We are now looking for a creative and driven LIA intern who wants to develop within communication, brand building, and employer branding in a fast-growing international tech-driven company. At Job&Talent, you will have the chance to put your knowledge into practice and help shape how we communicate externally - both as a company and as an employer.

This is an opportunity to work creatively, strategically, and practically alongside our teams, and influence how a rapidly growing company presents itself to the outside world.

Your Responsibilities

• Build our external communication plan and contribute to the development of our brand and employer brand.
• Create and produce content for our external channels.
• Explore and suggest concepts for how we can strengthen our profiling and increase our visibility.
• Collaborate closely with our product and IT departments to develop communication related to our product and tech initiatives.
• Contribute ideas, formats, and storytelling that strengthen our position as a modern, tech-driven company.

Your Profile

• Studying communication, content, marketing, strategic design, PR, or similar.
• Have a strong interest in brand building, creative communication, storytelling, and tech, with an eye for design and tone.
• Curious, self-driven, and enjoy working both strategically and hands-on.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing - both in Swedish and English.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where you take a lot of responsibility.
• Sees the internship as a chance to develop, be part of building a communication plan from scratch, and take significant ownership.
