Do you want to help develop the staffing pool? We will be changing our approach to summer staffing, and therefore we are now strengthening our team with an additional employee.

The staffing pool is a unit that today consists of unit managers, staffing planners, recruiters, operational managers, and permanent pool staff. The staffing pool is also a substitute pool that meets the need for short-term substitutes in healthcare and social services as well as preschool and after-school care.
In the same operational area, home care is included, which today consists of the six home care areas: Krokom, Föllinge, Offerdal, Nälden, Ås, and Natten. Home care creates better conditions for our citizens in their daily lives when age, illness, or disability makes it difficult to manage on their own and live at home.
The Social Administration consists of 600 employees, and the breadth of the assignments is extensive. The administration is divided into five operational areas and is present throughout the municipality. Here, we are responsible for providing care and support, assistance and service, as well as health and medical care to the municipality's citizens who need it, at all stages of life.
A Day as a Recruiter/Manager Support in the Staffing Pool
As a recruiter, you will continuously work with the recruitment of hourly employees and also be responsible for the recruitment of summer substitutes. The work consists largely of selection, interviews, and administration of the recruitment, hiring, and salary-setting processes.
In the role of manager support, you will assist the operational manager and your unit managers, be involved in developing the operations forward, and provide administrative support. Administrative tasks may include invoice management, writing minutes from various meetings, purchasing responsibilities, and more. There are great opportunities to develop the role of manager support based on your abilities and strengths.
The operational manager will be your closest supervisor.
Your Competence
You have a university degree with a focus on personnel and working life or another education combined with experience that is deemed equivalent. It is advantageous if you have previously worked with recruitment and administration.
We are looking for someone who can work independently and has a pronounced service mindset. You handle several processes simultaneously, so it is essential that you are well-organized and have the ability to prioritize your work. Since you will have many points of contact within the organization, it is also important that you have good communication skills and can build relationships.
The work requires good organizational and collaborative skills, as well as the ability to work independently while maintaining engagement. You need to have good self-awareness and be resilient. You must be able to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing.
Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
You should have a driver's license for a passenger car.
Other Information
The position is permanent, full-time, with a start date according to agreement.
We apply annual working hours, and the workload may vary somewhat throughout the year.
