Description

As a nurse/district nurse in home care, you are an important part of the team around our patients, collaborating with various professional groups in the team and with doctors at the health center.

You visit the patient in their living environment to make assessments and interventions within health care, always with the goal of strengthening the individual's health or well-being. We also provide palliative care. Your tasks are to assess, plan, intervene, follow up, and document health care measures for individual patients based on your professional responsibility. Our goal is to work health-promoting and preventive, which is done through tools such as quality registers. A significant part of the work also involves collaborating, leading, and delegating decided measures.

Experience in home care within municipal operations is an advantage, and great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is confident and professional in their role, as the work often involves independent work but also a lot of collaboration in various teams. You are flexible as the work can change quickly, requiring prioritization and structure.

Registered Nurse

Upon offer of employment, a criminal record extract is required.
