Nurse for Sandviken Municipality

Location: Sandviken MunicipalityPeriod: 2026-04-01 – 2026-08-31 with a chance for extensionScope: 100% at 34.25 hours/weekWorking hours: Primarily evenings and nights, as well as shifts every other weekend

As a nurse in Sandviken Municipality, you will have a varied and developing everyday life. You will work throughout the municipality and play a central role in supporting patients in both planned and acute situations.

Job responsibilities:

• Make independent assessments and provide advice via phone, which is an important part of the job
• Conduct your own patient visits within home healthcare, SÄBO, and LSS
• Work with palliative care and contribute to security for patients and relatives
• Collaborate with colleagues, relatives, and other healthcare providers in the municipality

This is an assignment for those who thrive on variation, freedom, and responsibility.

Requirements

• Licensed nurse
• At least 5 years of experience in municipal health and medical care
• Confident and self-sufficient in your professional role
• Experience with Lifecare HSL, Appva, Lifecare SPU, and NPÖ
• Driver's license – a loan car is available for the position
• Specialized training as a district nurse is an advantage
• Previous work in palliative care is an advantage
