Söderhamn Your Health Center

Your health center has approximately 6700 registered patients, and in addition to family doctor services, we also offer family doctor emergency services, rehabilitation, a training pool, psychosocial therapists, and child health care (BVC). We also have a close collaboration with Linden Your Health Center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you will work with:

• healthcare for both children and adults
• telephone advice
• clinic work with scheduled and urgent visits
• preventive healthcare
• home visits and care planning
• some shifts at the family doctor emergency service in Söderhamn.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a flexible and committed person who enjoys close collaboration with all health center professionals in a varied workday. You are interested in development and improvement work, confident in your professional role, and capable of meeting people in a professional and empathetic manner.

As a nurse with us, you should:

• be a licensed nurse
• hold a valid B driver's license.

For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience working in primary care, experience with Senior Alert, elderly team work, Lifecare, and the Cosmic journal system.
