Welcome to Alfta Your Health Center, a small and friendly health center with dedicated and experienced staff in southern Hälsingland in Ovanåker municipality. We work with the patient at the center and strive to develop new working methods, including nurse-led clinics and teamwork. We also collaborate with Edsbyn Your Health Center.

We are now facing the incorporation of health centers starting on 1/2-2026, where all region-run health centers will transition to the company, and we look forward to this. The company's name is Region Gävleborg Your Health Center AB.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Our health center is a well-functioning and appreciated workplace with a good working climate, where collaboration, respect, and joy at work are central. We are a dedicated team consisting of district nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, social workers, nursing assistants, and administrative staff who work together to provide our patients with the best possible care. The premises are bright and well-equipped, and we strive for a sustainable work environment where each employee has room to grow in their role.

We have close collaboration between professions and see it as a given to help each other in daily work. The health center is an important part of the local community, and we have a broad patient group of all ages, making the work both varied and stimulating.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a flexible and committed person who thrives in close collaboration with all health center professions in a varied everyday life. You are interested in development and improvement work and are confident in your professional role, with the ability to meet people in a professional and empathetic manner.

In the role of district nurse, you must be a qualified district nurse with prescribing rights. If you have experience in primary care, we consider it an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
