JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you someone who enjoys working independently but also values good collaboration with colleagues in the team? Then we have the job for you!

We are looking for a nurse to join our team (100%) where the work is scheduled for days/evenings and weekends. Currently, nurses work every fourth weekend and about 4-5 weekday evenings over 8 weeks.

You need to have a good ability to lead nursing work, guide, and coordinate all efforts so that the patient receives health and medical care at the right time.

As a nurse with us, you will be part of a team consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, and a rehabilitation team. Your main tasks will include conducting medical assessments, managing and administering medications, and providing support and advice to nursing staff. Additionally, you will plan health and medical care interventions for those in need of care. Ensuring that relatives have good contact and feedback also falls within your responsibility. To succeed in this role, you need determination, analytical thinking, and adherence to established routines.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed nurse. You have experience with IT-based journal systems and can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.

A driving license (category B) is a requirement.

As a nurse, it is important that you are independent, have a good ability to plan, organize, and structure your work.

Furthermore, we see that you have good empathetic skills and can create contacts and relationships with other people. You need to be flexible and adaptable to changing work situations.

It is advantageous if you have specialized training in Elderly Care, Open Health and Medical Care, or Special Competence in Dementia Care. Any experience from care and nursing is also advantageous, as well as general work experience.
