Alfa Laval in Ronneby is one of Alfa Laval's four global factories where copper-brazed and stainless steel heat exchangers are manufactured. These are used in applications such as heat pumps, air conditioning, district heating systems, wind power / solar energy plants, and similar where our customers are market leaders. The products directly contribute to more efficient energy utilization and thus have a positive impact on the environment. Responsibilities and Duties

In the role of Supplier Developer/SQA, you will have the opportunity to play a central role in improving quality and efficiency. Through close collaboration with our suppliers, you will be a key person in driving product development. You will lead improvement projects with our suppliers based on sustainability, quality, lead time, or cost improvements. In the role of Supplier Developer/SQA, you are an important part of the purchasing department, but you will also collaborate closely with other internal and external contacts. Your work will include:

• Reviewing supplier performance together with operational purchasers.
• Initiating and driving actions regarding safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Reporting any deviations regarding safety, quality, delivery, and cost to the supplier.
• Driving improvement projects with our suppliers based on sustainability, quality, lead time, or cost improvements.
• Auditing our suppliers to further develop them.
• Driving qualification of new products with suppliers according to PPAP methodology.

Your Profile

We are looking for a person who has a strong sense of quality and purchasing and wants to help develop our suppliers within Alfa Laval. We believe you are someone who has worked with similar tasks before, such as purchasing quality, SQA, or production quality. Or you have experience from the manufacturing industry combined with an academic education where you have studied courses in quality control, Lean, Six Sigma, etc. Of course, you have a strong interest in quality-related issues! We place great importance on your personal qualities. To thrive in this role, you should be a driven and structured individual with excellent communication skills. You are social and flexible, and have the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions and customer needs.

About the Employment

The position is a consultancy assignment with employment at Unik Resurs, placed at Alfa Laval in Ronneby. The role may involve travel to our suppliers to maintain and strengthen the collaboration with them. The assignment is expected to last at least 12 months with the possibility of extension, starting immediately or by agreement. Of course, we have collective agreements and various benefits such as wellness grants and professional development.
