JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The tourist information officer's duties include welcoming and informing our visitors via the desk, phone, and email about various attractions, events, accommodations, activities, and dining options in Ronneby municipality and Blekinge. You will also work with the sale of souvenirs and tickets.

The job also includes administrative tasks, cash handling, and updating social media and the website. The work may also involve some physically demanding tasks.

Evening and weekend work may occur during events.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a good ambassador for Ronneby who should be outgoing, stress-resistant, and proficient in Swedish, English, and German.

We seek someone with a genuine interest in service and people who enjoys informing visitors about Ronneby and Blekinge. A background in tourism education or experience in the field is an advantage.

You should have good computer skills and a solid knowledge of Ronneby and Blekinge. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. You need to have a B driver's license and must be at least 18 years old by the start date.
