Job Advertisement: Used Vehicle Salesperson – Rudvi Bil, Karlskrona

We are now looking for a used vehicle salesperson for our facility RUDVI BIL in Karlskrona. Here you will have a role where you drive the entire sales process from the first customer contact to delivery – and where you contribute every day to creating satisfied and returning customers.

About the role

As a used vehicle salesperson, you will independently manage the entire business. You will work systematically with prospecting, customer contact, and follow-up, meeting both private and corporate customers. The work takes place both in the showroom and out in the field, where you actively build relationships and create business opportunities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the entire sales process – from initial contact, viewing, and test drives to quotes, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
• Working with both private and corporate customers
• Conducting purchases of used vehicles
• Proactively working with prospecting and activities, both inside and outside the showroom
• Driving your own professional development with the support of the company's training, tools, and sales processes
• Handling modern IT systems and sales systems to support your daily work

You will work with market-leading, innovative, and often electrified models – which requires an interest in technology and new thinking.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is engaged, goal-oriented, and has a strong understanding of business. You are currently working in sales, preferably within the automotive industry, retail, or direct sales – and want to take the next step in your career.

You recognize yourself in:

• You enjoy meeting people and have a clear customer focus
• You are technically inclined and embrace new technology, digital tools, and product knowledge
• You are structured while being flexible and social
• You are driven, engaged, and motivated by creating good business
• You have a natural interest in cars (an advantage but not a requirement)

As a salesperson, you need to adapt to different customers and situations while maintaining a high level in your processes and documentation.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
