Job Description

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability of the office, ensuring that established routines and structures are followed, coaching employees in sales and project management, building long-term customer relationships, and actively seeking new business opportunities.

You will also be responsible for engaging with and implementing the company's quality and environmental management systems at the office. Your role involves reporting financial results, following up on deviations, and proactively influencing outcomes to exceed market expectations.

You will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing the office environment and customer relationships, ensuring that customer service and interactions always meet high standards. You will have ambitious employees, well-known brands, creative business solutions, and the market's broadest range of furniture and interior design at your disposal.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience leading and managing a sales office with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

You are structured, accustomed to working in various business systems, and have the ability to handle large amounts of information.

You have a good understanding of quality and environmental management systems and are used to following routines and processes. Your social skills are a great asset, and you have the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

We prefer candidates with previous experience as a site manager, sales management, and personnel responsibility, with experience in coaching and training employees in sales and customer contact.

Knowledge of the market and competitive analysis is a plus, as well as experience working with customer care and actively seeking new business opportunities. We also appreciate previous experience in procurement and sales to the public sector.

Location: Karlskrona. This is a full-time position. You will report to the regional manager, Julia Johansson.
