Do you want to contribute to the green transition in an exciting technology-driven project? We are now looking for a Category Specialist for a consulting assignment starting at the end of October. Here, you will work in an innovative environment where quality, planning, and collaboration are in focus.

As a Category Specialist, you will be an important part of the purchasing team and support the work within machinery procurement (CAPEX). You will work closely with both suppliers and internal technical and project teams to ensure efficient purchases, well-negotiated contracts, and smooth deliveries.

Your main responsibilities 

• Manage and develop supplier relationships
• Drive and execute contract negotiations
• Ensure that suppliers receive the right information at the right time
• Follow up on deliveries and resolve any discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Contribute to improved processes and follow-up routines

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in contract management and negotiation
• Has a background in machinery procurement or technical purchasing
• Has documented experience in CAPEX procurement
• Expresses themselves fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is structured, collaborative, and enjoys driving work forward
