JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the property function, about 15 property caretakers work with our portfolio and 2 operators at our heating plant under the property manager. Our properties are spread throughout the municipality, and each property caretaker is responsible for their assigned properties. You have your own budget responsibility and great opportunities to plan your work independently. You will primarily work with the operation and maintenance of our buildings and technical systems, including heating, ventilation, electricity, and control systems. The work is carried out in close contact with our tenants and operations, which are currently both municipal and private.

The work includes on-call duty according to a schedule, and the properties you are responsible for are mainly located in Malung. Work tasks at our heating plant may also occur.

We work with modern tools through IT technical management systems and energy monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school education in one of the areas of electricity, plumbing, construction, or control and regulation systems, or other education we consider meritorious. We seek someone who has previously worked with properties and has experience with larger property portfolios. We see good computer skills and at least a B driver's license as requirements for success in this position.

The property function should be characterized by openness, service, and professionalism. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is ready to take on challenges and wants to be part of our development.
