Mobile Service Technician

Lifton AB is a company that sells, buys, and brokers used construction equipment. We have extensive experience in construction equipment, particularly in various types of aerial lifts. All our machines are delivered newly inspected and tested.

We sell all brands and models on the market at very favorable prices. Since we always have many machines in stock, there are plenty of machines available for viewing and test driving. Our business idea is to offer both individuals and companies good used construction equipment at a competitive price.

Due to increased demand for our service, we are now looking for a Mobile Service Technician based in Borlänge.

About the role

As a Mobile Service Technician at Lifton AB, you will work independently with service, troubleshooting, and repair of lifts at our customers' sites. The role involves a great deal of personal responsibility where you plan, execute, and follow up on your assignments – always with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will be a key person in contact with our customers and represent Lifton AB in a professional and trustworthy manner.

Your main responsibilities:

• Service, troubleshooting, and repair of lifts and construction equipment
• Work within electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Reading and interpreting electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Documentation of completed work
• Ongoing dialogue with customers and colleagues
• Travel and fieldwork as a natural part of the job

The position is full-time, daytime, based in Borlänge.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a strong technical interest in vehicles and machinery
• Has a few years of experience as a service technician or in a similar role
• Has good knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
• Is used to working independently and taking personal responsibility
• Is reliable, structured, and solution-oriented
• Has a professional and service-oriented customer approach
• Enjoys representing the company at customer sites

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
