As a property caretaker, you are the face of our residential areas and a point of contact for tenants. You play a central role in creating safe and well-maintained housing areas. With a focus on service and problem-solving, you ensure that our tenants receive assistance when something is not working as it should.

You are responsible for the daily supervision of properties and work with repairs and maintenance. Your tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Handling of fault reports and work orders – from diagnosis to repair
• Performing repairs and preventive maintenance
• Supervision and maintenance of properties and outdoor environments
• Contact with tenants and suppliers
• Orders and approval of invoices
• Move-in and move-out

Profile

You have a strong sense of service, are solution-oriented, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. When challenges arise, you act decisively and in an organized manner, focusing on finding practical and sustainable solutions. You take responsibility for your work and ensure that tasks are addressed with high quality. You are social and can interact with different types of people while planning your work time effectively.

You work closely with our tenants in their homes, which requires you to be flexible, attentive, and have good judgment in all situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or other education deemed equivalent
• Fluent Swedish and good English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Driver's license B
• Good computer skills

Meritorious

• Experience from similar work
• Education in property management
• Extended technical competence
• Basic knowledge in plumbing, ventilation, or electricity
