Brahehälsan in Löberöd is a well-established and family-oriented health center in a rural setting, where many of our patients have been registered with us for generations.

We are centrally located in Skåne, in the village of Löberöd in Eslöv municipality. We place great emphasis on collaboration, continuous education, and personal development.

We have approximately 8000 registered patients and around 35 employees. We belong to Praktikertjänst, which means we have shorter decision-making paths and great benefits.

At our BVC, we have about 280 registered children.

About the Position

The position is a combined role at 60% as a BVC nurse and other duties at the health center, depending on the desired working hours.

Job Responsibilities

As a BVC nurse, you will follow the national program of Child Health Care for all families with children aged 0–6 years who are registered at our BVC.

At Brahehälsan Löberöd, we provide standard primary care with district nurse consultations, doctor consultations, BVC, physiotherapy consultations, and psychology consultations. We have access to a dietitian and occupational therapist. We have specialist nurse consultations for asthma/COPD, diabetes, elderly care, dementia, and conduct health talks. We have a daily round system.

In the role of nurse, you will perform standard nursing tasks that occur in a health center. This includes telephone advice, triage, and consultations, as well as taking care of acute patients and vaccinations. The position also involves digital advice through our digital service Praktikertjänstappen.

Qualifications

District nurse or pediatric nurse, preferably with previous experience in BVC and primary care.
