Every day at Forenede Care, you help shape the future of elderly care together with knowledgeable and dedicated colleagues.

Forenede Care operates Månstorps Ängar on behalf of Vellinge Municipality. The care and support facility has a total of 56 resident places, distributed over 4 units. The facility offers apartments for elderly people with cognitive impairments.

At Månstorps Ängar, we have large gardens for easy outdoor access as well as good space for communal activities or socializing. We have a retro shop, salon, sensory room, etc.

As we are Star Rated according to the Swedish Dementia Center and work person-centered with a salutogenic approach, we feel that we are at the forefront of meeting the needs of those with cognitive impairments.

To support this, we work in teams consisting of registered nurses, team leaders, paramedics, and specialist-trained dementia care assistants.

We place great emphasis on activities led by our Life Inspiration leaders, which are conducted in groups as well as individually, all based on the residents' wishes.

Månstorps ängar is strategically located with a short distance to both the train station and bus stop. For those who drive, there are free parking opportunities just across the road.

With us, you will have competent and dedicated managers who support and develop you in your role as a care assistant and in your development at Forenede Care. We run a company where you grow together with us.

In the position of care assistant with us, you will perform care and support based on the client's wishes and in accordance with current assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. This includes performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction may include conversations, games, bike rides, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training.

As a summer substitute with us, you have good chances of getting new temporary positions or permanent employment.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for temporary or special fixed-term employment on a full-time or part-time basis, with varying degrees of employment. The positions start in May/June or by agreement.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.
