Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed nurse and would prefer that you have experience working in the public sector or in private practice.
You should have the ability to see the whole picture and collaborate with other professional groups in the team around the residents. You share your knowledge and mentor care staff based on your professional role.
As a person, you are attentive and unpretentious with a solution-focused approach. You consider the individual’s needs and work with the client in focus. You are flexible, independent, and have a good ability to communicate with colleagues and other staff.
Job Responsibilities
Standard nursing tasks within dementia, LSS, and psychiatry.
As a nurse, you will work in a team within the area for which you have patient responsibility. Together with nursing assistants, supervisors, method coordinators, occupational therapists, Silvia nurses, and management, we create individualized care.
You will have care responsibility for approximately 35 residents/users.
Your role includes mentoring the care staff in nursing and medical work as well as being responsible for delegating medication management. Care planning, documentation, and collaboration with other healthcare providers are important tasks.
Your work week is daytime Monday to Friday, 40/40. No on-call or standby duty is included in the position.
Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
