Production Planner for Johnson & Johnson in Uppsala

Adecco is now looking for a Production Planner for our client Johnson & Johnson in Uppsala! Are you a structured and analytical team player with experience in production planning? Have you worked with ERP systems like SAP and want to contribute to an efficient production chain in the medical technology field? Then this is the position for you!

About the Assignment

As a production planner, you will be an important part of the Supply Chain department responsible for planning production, raw materials, and distribution. You will create and maintain production plans for all production lines in accordance with demand, capacity, and volume targets. The role involves close collaboration with several functions such as planning, production, inventory, quality, and finance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and updating production plans in SAP and OMP.
• Ensuring that production orders are correct and follow the plan.
• Monitoring production outcomes, lead times, and inventory levels, and acting on deviations.
• Participating in improvement work to optimize processes and costs.
• Acting as a SAP super user within production planning.

The position is a consulting assignment starting on January 7, 2026, and running for 12 months. You will be employed by Adecco Sweden and work 100% on-site in Uppsala.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and analytical with good collaboration skills. You enjoy working in a team, have the ability to prioritize, and act with a sense of service and quality.
