About the position

As a technical manager/deputy caretaker, you will be part of a team that serves our condominium association customers. You will work closely with residents and assist them with ongoing questions, reporting issues, and basic supervision of their properties. At the same time, you will support boards in their long-term management work, for example by following up on maintenance needs, planning actions, and being a support in both larger and smaller projects.

An important part of the job also involves monitoring guarantees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring that the associations' properties are managed in a professional and cost-effective manner. The work also involves participating in new construction projects and development initiatives when needed, where you contribute both technical knowledge and practical problem-solving.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role, we see that you have relevant education or equivalent competence in technical management, as well as several years of work experience in the field. Additionally, you have experience in deputy caretaker work and management work towards condominium associations. Good Swedish in speech and writing as well as a B driver's license are requirements for the position.
