The company is growing rapidly and is now looking for an experienced Project Manager to take overall responsibility for the project management of customized systems. As a Technical Project Manager, you will ensure an efficient and professional project delivery that creates a positive customer experience and strengthens ScandiNova's long-term customer relationships. You are the primary contact for the customer and are responsible for building a clear and credible dialogue throughout the project's lifecycle, from contract review and requirements analysis to final delivery and customer approval.

You are a driving force in the transformation journey towards increased structure and efficiency by further developing and complementing project models, with processes and working methods, so that planning, execution, follow-up, and closure can occur in a systematic and scalable way in a customer order-driven production environment.

You will work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal parties such as Sales, R&D, Finance, and Quality, where you lead and coordinate the work together with Product Engineering, Production Planning, Production and Testing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and System Support. You are responsible for ensuring a structured management of project economy, risks, and resources.

• An engineering degree, at least a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree with relevant technical orientation (industrial economics, mechanical, electronics, or production).
• Experience in technical project management or technical leadership roles with familiarity in working with project economy, planning, and follow-up. Preferably in customer order-driven production with customized system deliveries.
• Good skills in working with PLM, ERP, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
• Experience in risk analysis and risk management within projects.

• Have additional education in economics, production, project management, or logistics.
• Have experience in industrialization, new product introduction, modular product architecture, or other scalability initiatives.

ScandiNova Systems is a Uppsala-based technology company that is world-leading in the development and production of pulsed high-voltage units, known as modulators. The units have a key function in various types of applications, such as scientific research, cancer treatment, and industrial X-ray. More than 95% are exported abroad to countries such as the USA, China, India, Japan, and Europe. Among the company's customers are Varian Medical Systems, Elekta, CERN, and MaxIV in Lund. The company currently has 135 employees and is expanding rapidly. The main owners are Industrifonden, Bure Equity AB, and SEB Venture Capital.

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from the client and our side is that after about 12 months you will be directly employed by the client.
